30 Day Shred: Day THREE

Weight: 134.2 ; +.8 lb. (I should blame my lack of willpower; I will instead blame the cinnamon dessert pizza from DoubleDaves)

Workout: 30 Day Shred, Level 1

Weights: used 2 lb. hand weights

Assessment: did level 1 since my muscles needed a little recovery from yesterday’s level 2.  Realized that I probably need to start integrating a lower calorie diet to see more positive results. 🙂
