working out…

The last time I posted a Shred analysis, it was December 29th or so.  I mentioned not mentioning my weight since I was retaining water “like a camel”.

Turns out, I think my body had finally realized how many homemade sugar cookies I had consumed in the past 2 weeks, and chose to add the 5 extra lbs. all at once.  Lovely.

As of now, I am back down to more of a December 28th weight, which means I still have about 6lbs. to go before I reach my “goal” weight. I’m not sure it will happen… the ol’ metabolism has started to act a little funky ever since last February’s 30th birthday…
